Personal Training:

Do you want to lose weight, build muscle, prepare for a race, or increase energy? Your program will include:

  • An interview to determine your goals, expectations, motivation, fitness and health history
  • Review of body composition including measurements
  • Evaluation of nutrition and recommendations
  • Customized cardio, strength, and flexibility program
  • Accountibility and coaching that is necessary for a fitness program to be successfull

Corrective Exercise:

Experiencing pain in the body? Our body is a kinetic chain. And sometimes within our body pain can develop because of:

  • Old injuries and scar tissue
  • Repetitive movements
  • Posture issues
  • Muscle imbalances – those that should be strong are weak and those that should be quiet and calm become dominant in our movements

Review of body alignment, posture, and assessments of body movement will be performed. Based on the findings, a program will be customized for your needs.

Yoga:

Yoga is a powerful tool to help relieve and prevent pain in our bodies. The calming effect of breathing and the deep stretching can help our body stay healthy. I teach various classes and offer personal yoga coaching.

Health Coaching:

Stuck in a rut? Are you ready to make some changes, but not sure where to begin? Feeling overwhelmed on how to get started? Coaching sessions may be the answer. Change happens one small step at a time. Being asked the right questions, taking time to formulate ideas for change and implementing actions can propel you to success.
