Cardio and strength all in 1 exercise!

Try this great exercise to incorporate some cardio and strength. To keep safety in the knee of the front leg, keep the weight in the heel of the foot to load the posterior chain. Land lightly with the back foot, think speed and agility.

Start with performing 2 sets of 20 reps on each leg. Have fun.
